Good price and location, clean and big rooms. Well-equipped kitchen.
When I arrived at the hotel, there were nobody inside. I rang to all the door, but nobody open the door. So if you go to this hotel take a telefone number of the manager and fill up your cell ammount. In a half an hour housekeeper came back and I got a chance to get inside)))Also note that there is no elevator in the hotel, so you need to climb up with your bag on the 3rd floor.

What I liked the most ? I guess pricing. My and my friends we lived in a whole apartment only for ourselves so it was ok - though, I don't it'd be that ok if someone else would be there - only one bathroom.
Staff - no english !!! ( In a hotel !!! ) + you need to have luck to meet the housekeeper anyway. I've lost my keys and I had a serious problem. Neverless - for that price ( 10 euro per night ) it was ok.

The room was big and the kitchen well equipped. Great location with a supermarket nearby.
It was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff (English!); it wasn't really a hotel, but more like something between a hostel and a self-catering apartment. There was only one bathroom/toilet and there were problems closing and locking the door. Some of the guests smoked inside.

Great location. Near ritz hotel.
It took me a while to find it. It has a piece of paper with name on it as sign. When I got there there was no one to recieve me . I had to wait for about 2 hours. There was another piece of paper with a incomplete phone number, so I couldnt call. When the lady show up she was very nice and polite and told me that she had to be in two different buildings in charged.

Hotel has two (or more) locations (flats) in central location. My room was Rua Santa Marta. A flat with 4 rooms, kitchen and bathroom and shower. The room was spacious with balcony, quiet, clean and with working WiFi.Bathroom and kitchen were also very clean. The staff was friendly and engaged. Price-performance ratio is very good. I would book this hostel everytime again!
Nothing to complain, everthing was fine.

Wifi - very fast, very good and safe location 10 minutes walk to get in center(Police station and post office on the same street, restaurant and cofeteria next door...)
Thin walls, some child learning how to play piano, but he is getting better every day:) 1 toilet in the flat, so I can not imagine how we would manage it if all rooms would be occupied

Location is excellent! It's near the main street Avenida Da Liberdade and you can reach all city centre very easily. Metro station and bus stop is near by. Also mini market is 5min walk away. There's is a kitchen, so you can cook for yourself. Also there's two bathrooms whitch are cleaned all the time. Nobody cleans your room everyday, but if you want to change towel or blanket just ask the housekeeper. One housekeeper doesn't talk english, but if you know few spanish words it's gonna be fine. And another one talks a little bit. It wasn't a problem for us, cause after all they're not an information center. I recommend to have a number of the hostel, cause if you arrive late at night you'll have to call and housekeeper will come after about 30min (so you can call already from airport). All in all, I would come here again.
It's in the third floor, no elevator. A bit complicated if your with big luggage.

Location is excellent. In the heart of the city. Accessible by bus, train easily.
Not enough wash rooms at the hostel. Size of the wash rooms is not comfortable. Not enough crockery in the kitchen. Cooking is very slow on the hot plates in the kitchen. No WiFi internet. No 24x7 house keeper.

Staff were very nice, for the little I needed of them (leaving my luggage with them before and after my check in/out). What I needed was quiet and they were kind enough to give me an entire dorm room facing the back which was excellent. The place was very clean, and internet was good. Doors are simple and I guess if there were noisy guests around it could have disturbed me, but there were not. The few other travelers were quiet. This is a nice simple place, for a very good price. There is a tinny TV room and a small practical kitchen. I would be happy with a desk in the room, but that is minor.

good location & value for money
Kitchen was not always clean and bathroom also... if you have loudly neighbors it could be difficult to sleep, sometimes someone could persistently ring the door at 3-5 a.m.
